Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Returns are available ONLY for U.S. domestic orders.

Returns are NOT available for U.S. military addresses, U.S. territories, or international addresses.


Return items must be in their original condition, in their original packaging, and properly packaged and padded to prevent any damage in transit. Items that have been improperly packaged in a way that has caused damage to the item are not eligible for return and will not be accepted. Please note that TAETOPIA is not responsible for any damage caused to an item by the wearer and we reserve the right to decline any unreasonable return requests.


We cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


To request a return:

  1. Email support@shoptaetopia.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.
  2. If you are eligible for a return, we will send you a return shipping label free-of-charge.
  3. Ship your order to us within 7 days of receiving the return shipping label. Use the original packaging and the provided return shipping label. Returns mailed more than 7 days after you have received the return shipping label will not be accepted
  4. Once we receive your order in good condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. The initial shipping fee for your order will not be refunded.


Refunds

All shipping fees are non-refundable. The initial shipping fee for your order will not be refunded.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
