How long will my order take to ship?

Shipping times vary based on the products ordered.

Please allow 2-15 business days for your order to ship, and allow additional time for the mail carrier to deliver your order.

If you ordered more than one product, your order may be sent in separate packages.

 

I have not received my order yet. Where is it?

All products are made-to-order and shipping times vary based on the products ordered.

Can I cancel my order?

Once placed, orders CANNOT be cancelled. Please carefully review your order BEFORE placing it.

Returns are available ONLY for U.S. domestic orders. Returns are NOT available for U.S. military addresses, U.S. territories, or international addresses. See the Return Policy page for more details.

 

I ordered the wrong size/color/product. Can I change it?

Once your order has been placed, sizes and colors CANNOT be changed. Please carefully review our size and color charts included on every product listing BEFORE placing your order.

I put the wrong shipping address in my order. Can I change it?

Once your order has been placed, the shipping address CANNOT be changed.

If the package is unable to be delivered, you will receive a refund for your order once the package has been rerouted back to our facility. The initial shipping fee for your order will not be refunded. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

My shipment tracking link says my order is still in Pre-Transit / Pre-Shipment. What's going on? Has my order shipped / is it lost?

If you received a shipping confirmation email along with tracking information, then your order did indeed ship and is with the mail carrier. 

Please note that USPS tracking links will take longer than usual to update, with shipments being stuck in pre-transit or pre-shipment. This doesn't mean that your order is lost, but that it's still being processed by the carrier.

What technology is used to print on t-shirts & sweatshirts?

We use the Direct to Garment (DTG) method of printing, which is a printing method that sprays the ink onto the garment. The ink then soaks into the fibers of the garment. It’s like printing on paper, but on clothing. This allows for high-quality, detailed prints.

We do not use screen printing or iron-on methods.
